1. Machine Introduction
Spiral welded pipe line is based on Germany forming processing. We design and manufacture this pipe line after investigating many foreign pipe lines and combined with domestic situation. It is our most competitive and mature mill. This mill adopts roller surface forming three rollers outside control, front swing or retral swing curve roller. The spiral welded pipe mill has advanced design, steady performance, and less investment and quick benefit.
Our products can meet with API-5L、API-5CT、BS1387-85、GB9711.

5.Usage
The spiral welded pipe line could meet many different requirements of different business in domestic and abroad can produce the low-pressure transporting pipe, gas-pipe line, and structural pipe. In recent years, we have produced some spiral wielded pipe line of different size and high return, and total coverage reaches more than 90% in domestic. And this pipe line exported to Pakistan, Indonesia, Thailand and India, which hold more than 40% market share of spiral welded pipe line production. At present, we produce new service project that include design, manufacture, installation, debugging and production.
6.After sales Service
Keep informing our customer production process and help arrange quality checking in the factory if necessary.
Buyer can dispatch technician to our factory for free training before delivery.
For essential equipment failure, we will arrange our engineer head to local site to install, also provide online technical support for the whole life.
