1.Production introduction
End-Facing and Beveling Machine is the nameable product of Huaxincheng. This Machine is used in high class petroleum pipe mill and other fluid transporting pipe mill meeting the standards of API-5L, API-5CT, BS1387-85, ASTM and GB9711.
After the pipe adjusting to the center position, the aligning plate rises and at the same time the clamping device put pressure on pipe. The clamping device is controlled by the hydraulic grip cylinder. The line then starts to chamfer and flat the pipe, which is completed by main spindle head. The spindle head contains drive part, feeding part and cutter head, etc. The drive part changes rotating speed by AC motor's frequency conversion. The moving forward rapidly, feeding and quick feeding back actions are driven by servo-motor. The cutter head includes facing knife and beveling knife of End-Facing and Beveling Machine.
After End-Facing and Beveling Machine, the clamping device opened, then the elevating roller way sends the pipe out from clamping device; the stepping device receives the pipe and move forward to the next elevating roller way.
2.Working process
Manual Pushing Pipe→Takeover of Pipe Receiver→Down to V-shaped idler of lifting device→Pipe down to the cutting center→Bedside box base moved to 100mm away from tube end→-Place the steel pipe on the clamping device and clamp simultaneously→ Bedstock Starting→-Fast forward→Work in progress→Flat-headed chamfer→Quick return→Clamping Open→Pipe lifting higher than cutting center→Bedside box base moving away from steel pipe→Steel pipe will reach the bench→Pipe Diverter Pulls out Steel Pipe-→To next→-loop
3.Main Composition
The machine is a symmetrical arrangement of the unit form: left and right symmetrical two hosts are installed on the mobile base at both ends, and two steel pipe lifting devices are placed on the central line of the host. The main machine is composed of a movable base, a head stock, a cutter head, a steel pipe clamping device, etc.
