Cut to length lines for sheet materials. Both slitted or coil materials can be cut to a given length with our machinery.
2.Cut to length Line Definition
A flat sheet material is not actually produced as a flat sheet. A cut to length line uncoil the material, level it and cut it to the required length. The end product is cut to a very precise length tolerance. When using cut to length line, there are a few important points; like thickness, type and length of the material.
Users need more precision during cutting in metal cutting operations day to day. Cut to length process is important in the steel drum production.
The cut to length lines gives necessary precision. Also, the line can open the sheets and cut them to the required length for steel drum production. A cut to length line is the first step of the steel drum production line.
3.Working Process
Feeding trolley→ un-coiler→ leading and traction head, pinch roll feeding→ high precision leveling device→ cut to length→ unloading table/auto-stacking table
The drum body coil material is cut to the required lengths to create the drum body blanks by the cut to length line. The coil material is uncoiled by the driven un-coiler and fed to the guillotine shear by the straightener-feeder. The cut blanks are collected in the stacker. The empty pallets are placed under the stacker unit and taken out when filled. The edge grinder is also supplied to clean the edges of the blanks to ensure weld quality.

2. Our cut to length line is suitable for hot rolling carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel, and other kinds of metals with coated surfaces.

4. Sheet Coil cut to length line has a hard chrome plated surface and is durable and abrasion resistant.

Does one machine can only produce one size?
Not exactly, it depends on the machine.

Our machine's warranty period is 12months. if the broken parts can't repair, we can send the new parts replace the broken parts, but you need pay the express cost by yourself. if after warranty period, we can through negotiation for solving the problems, and we supply the technical support for the whole life of the equipment.
