1.Introduction

5 Forming process introduction:

Firstly, the strip steel coil is hoisted onto the supporting roll of the upper coiler by crane, transported to the center of the uncoiler frame, and clamped and lifted by the left and right cone heads. The steel coil can be accurately moved to the center of the required delivery line through the operation button. Then, the blade is operated to close the steel coil, the motor is started to rotate the steel coil, the strip steel head is opened with the cooperation of the blade, and the head is initially straightened before being sent to the pinch leveler. After the head enters the pinch roll, the pinch roll presses down and sends the strip steel forward. The strip steel is leveled by the leveling roll, and the strip steel continues to move forward. The head and tail of the plate are sheared by the hydraulic shear, and the front and rear steel coils are connected by the automatic submerged arc welding. The two sides of the strip steel are milled by two edge milling machines to form a welding break. The vertical roll ensures that the strip steel is on the delivery center line. After that, the strip steel enters the delivery machine, which is the main power source of the screw welding unit and is used to generate forming force and overcome various resistances, such as uncoiling resistance, leveling resistance, forming resistance, etc. The strip steel is sent into the formator, and the steel plate is forced to be deformed into steel pipe through the 1 #, 2 #, and 3 # forming rolls of the formator, and the spiral pipe meeting the size and specification is generated through the 4 #, 5 #, 6 #, and 7 # forming rolls for forced sizing of the initially formed steel pipe, At the same time of forming, the two edges in contact with each other, namely the gap generated by the spiral pipe, are welded from the inner wall and the outer wall to form spiral welded pipe through Lincoln submerged arc welding machine. Automatic sizing and steel pipe cutting devices are set on the rear axle to cut and pull out the steel pipe according to the required length in the production process to ensure the continuous production of the unit
