1. Introduction
Spiral welded pipe is an important kind of steel pipe, which is widely used in fluid transportation such as water, oil and natural gas, structure, pile driving and other engineering fields. Because the spiral steel pipe can be continuously produced from a steel pipe of one width, it is easy to realize production automation, and adopts double-sided submerged arc automatic welding. 5. Design features of forming machine
(1) In order to make the outer roll adjustable, the cantilever molding machine can adapt to the 1600ram amplitude modulation requirements, and the rack arm can be adjusted up and down along the square guide pillar by the transmission mechanism.
(2) In order to solve the problem of burning through during internal and external welding of thin-walled tubes, internal and external flux pads are provided.
(3) The inner welding point shall be as close as possible to the forming meshing point and the rotary center of the chassis to prevent the strip steel springback from producing wrong edges and facilitate the alignment and tracking of the inner welding head.wer consumption by modern regenerative systems and by using drives of special efficiency grade.
6.After sales service
1.The supplier shall provide guidance for installation and commissioning, and the foreign installation cost shall be calculated separately.
2.The buyer shall provide local accommodation, transportation and safety guarantee for the installation and commissioning personnel of the supplier.
