1.Introduction
The cut to length line, also known as flattening shear line, uncoiling line and cross cutting line, is used to cut the metal coils into flat sheets of required length through uncoiling, leveling, sizing and stacking. It is suitable for processing cold rolled and hot rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and various metal materials after surface coating.
2.Composition
Generally, this production line is applicable to steel coil deep processing enterprises, white household appliances manufacturers, etc. It is an auxiliary processing equipment for steel products. Generally, the input is large and the output is relatively balanced. A standard production line consists of a storage platform, a feeding trolley, an auxiliary support, a uncoiler, a telescopic shovel head, a leveling machine, a looper, a side guide, a five roller rough leveling and sizing machine, a shear, a conveyor, a stacking rack, and a discharging trolley. The specific configuration can be customized according to customer needs

4.Use
1. Coil should be put right to keep the weight balanced. The coil car can reset only after fix and expand the coil into decoiler tightly.
2. First press the coil head by traction roll, then open the package of the coil, to prevent the coil head bounced off.
3. Operators shall not stand on the coil when machine running.
4. Do not move coil directly by hand.
5. Stop and check the machine units immediately when find fault. Only check out and correct, the machine can restart.
6. Do not remove or change circuit. In case has problem, please consult professional technicians.
